Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection, design choice, or change of mind. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that issues can occur.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive defective or damaged orders that were not caused by the content provided by you, we will cover the costs of a new order. This includes:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at help@ladybugconfidential.com within a week of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refund Policy
Refunds are typically not offered, as each product is made to order. Exceptions are made in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a detailed description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once we have reviewed and approved your request, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Color and Size Variations: Please be aware that slight color and size variations may occur due to the printing process and individual supplier specifications. For example, colors may appear slightly different on your screen compared to the physical product, and there may be a 1-2 inch difference in sizing. If the sizing chart is not available in the description, please contact us and we can provide it to you.

Incorrect Address: Ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order including apartment and suite numbers. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the item(s).

Unclaimed Packages: If you are unable to receive your order at the address provided, the shipments may be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick-up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned. Orders that are unclaimed and returned to us will incur additional shipping fees to be resent.

Rejected by the Customer: If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the item(s) may or may not be returned due to shipping costs. Should you want to submit a new order you will be liable for the costs of the new order, including shipping.

FAQs
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at help@ladybugconfidential.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Returns and exchanges: What’s your return and exchange policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at help@ladybugconfidential.com .
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at help@ladybugconfidential.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. If you don’t find one there, please reach out to us. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at help@ladybugconfidential.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
